For Cremation and Earth Burial services we understand the concerns about the rising cost of funeral expenses. Whether it is direct cremation, cremation with services or full traditional services, you can rest assured that we have the lowest cost for funeral services in all of Central New York. Cremation Includes:

• Transportation from place of death to our facility or crematory.
• The arrangement conference or teleconference in the comfort of your own home or the funeral home.
• Obtaining and filing the necessary legal documents for permit for cremation, filing of death transcripts.
• Filing of Social Security and Veterans Agencies. 
• Alternative container for cremation.
• Assisting family with obituary for newspaper insertion, and Funeral Home website.
• Assisting family with arrangement of memorial services.
• A temporary wood container for cremated remains.
• Transportation is within Oneida County. Transportation beyond Central New York may incur additional charges.
  

Traditional Funeral Service Followed by Cremation

Many families find meaning and beauty in a traditional funeral service. With a traditional service combined with cremation, you can still choose to have a final viewing, visitation, or wake, and a funeral service. However, instead of an in-ground burial, the funeral will be followed by cremation. Depending on your wishes, the cremated remains may be either returned to your family for storage in an urn, scattered, or interred in a columbarium. This option includes fees for the funeral services and the cremation itself.

Memorial Service

The memorial service or celebration of life can be held in our chapel, a church, or any other venue your family chooses. We will work with your family and clergy to design a service that honors your loved one, truly celebrating his/her life. Our funeral home chapels have a piano available, as well as cameras for webcasting the service.    

Graveside Service

A graveside service is held at the cemetery.  We have a tent, chairs, artificial grass, speaker podium, bottled water, tables and a PA system (microphone and speaker) available.  When the memorial service is at the funeral home chapel or a church, we will typically go in procession to the cemetery, where a committal service is held.
