Yolanda Arroyo age 78 of Rome NY passed away on May 25th 2026. She was born on March 26th 1948 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Ramona Vidarte and Aurelio Arroyo.

She will be deeply remembered for her legendary cooking, loving arms, beautiful heart and her advice, She is survived by Her husband Luis Alvarado SR, her children and spouses, Belinda (Deseray), Luis Jr (Willie), Griselle (Ricky), Ramon Alvarado, Juan (Barbara) with many of Grandchildren and many of great grandchildren along with 13 siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Her family gathered to honor her life at the John L Matt Funeral Home.

She will be laid to rest in Puerto Rico with her parents.
