Wendy Jean Miller Kiger, 68 of Clinton NY passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 14 2020 at MVHS St. Luke's Campus.  Wendy was born on February 28, 1952 to Robert and Peggy (Jones) Miller.  She is a graduate of Sauquoit Valley School Class of 1971.

Wendy was employed at Bank of America and The Savings Bank of Utica for many years before finally giving in to her crazy cat obsession joining the staff at Spring Farms CARES.  After retiring Wendy spent her free time knitting, crocheting, and donating the items to local cancer treatment centers.

She is survived by her mother, Peggy (Jones) Miller, son and daughter in law, survives Wendy, Michael and Renee Kiger, daughter, Tammie Kiger, and her former husband Richard Kiger Jr.   Wendy also leaves behind her grandchildren, Alex Sickler, Graeme Pflieger, and Shaylee Kiger.  She leaves behind an uncle Richard Miller, and aunts Bonnie Jones Reynolds, Betty Moylan and Jane Miller.  She leaves behind many loved family friends, Scott and Helen Leonard, Steve and JoAnn Lallier, Mike and Laura Bader, Dawn Hayman, Margot Unkel, Jackie Wood, Pam Zogby, and long-time companion Walter Bouck.  As well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father, Robert W. Miller in 2008. Her brothers, Robert H. Miller in 1995, and Christopher Miller in 1976.  Her sister, Jodi Miller Scalzo in 2003.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Wendy's honor on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Three Steeples Church Barn, Paris Green, Sauquoit NY from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please bring your favorite Wendy memory and a picture to share. Masks and proper social distancing will be required.
