Susan M. Zumpano 73, of Frankfort, NY, departed this life on Thursday evening January 20, 2022 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.

Susan was born in Utica, the daughter of the late Hugh and Anna May Monaghan Pullman and was educated in local schools.  At one time Susan was married to John S. Zumpano of New Hartford, NY, and from that marriage they had five children.  She worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant at St. Elizabeth's Hospital for many years, Home Healthcare Services and volunteered at Abraham house.  She was a member of Munson Williams Proctor Institute, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the Altar Rosary Society, and a communicant of St. Joseph-St. Patrick Church.

Susan will be sadly missed by her five children, Teresa Zumpano, Vincent Zumpano, John Zumpano, Steven Zumpano and his companion Renee, Malissa Loomis and her companion James, and her granddaughter Averie Loomis.  She also leaves her siblings, Stephen Pullman and his wife Doris, Janice Becker and her husband Larry, Christine Pullman, Regina Sager and her husband David, Patricia Iwanyszyn and husband Walter, Daniel Pullman, Tom Pullman and his wife Bonnie and Robert Pullman.

Friends and relatives are invited to join in Susan's Celebration of life on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Jan.26, 2022 at St. Joseph-St. Patrick Church, 702 Columbia St. Utica,NY, where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated., by the Rev Richard Kapral. All guests must wear a mask over their nose and mouth and adhere to Oneida County law. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's  Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
