Susan C. Monroe, 58,of Utica and formerly of Watertown,NY departed this life on Sept. 06, 2017 in Utica. She was born in Watertown, NY the daughter of the late Franklin and Estella Boyce Nickerson. She was married to Ronald Monroe until his passing on March 27, 2017.

Mrs. Monroe is survived by his her children, Rhonda Monroe, Ryan Monroe, Ronald Monroe and Roxanne Monroe. She is also survived by her grandchildren Bailey Monica, Kayliegh Thomas, Rilee Thomas, Emmalei Thomas, Bradlie Thomas, Mason Monroe, Jansen Monroe, Troy Marolf and Nora Monroe. Brothers surviving are Martin Nickerson, Thomas Nickerson, Wesley Nickerson, Donald Nickerson. Her sister Barbara Schafer and brothers Franklin Nickerson, William Nickerson and John Nickerson predeceased her.
