Scott Michael Hoffman, 51, departed this life on March 1, 2021.   Scott was born on December 20, 1969 in Utica, NY.  He attended Clinton Central Schools.  In his younger years, he enjoyed hunting, spending time with family and friends and he always appreciated music.

Scott is survived by his brother and best friend, Steven Hoffman of Utica; sister, Stacy West of Fl, a daughter, Stephanie Ortiz (and family) of Georgia, nieces Siera Feketa of Fl and Kimberly Hardin of RI, a special aunt, Shelley Freeland (and family), a brother in law, Stewart Feketa of Fl; along with other cousins and extended family.  He will be missed by many friends.

Scott was predeceased in death by his mother, Marcia Tournear, his niece, Santia Feketa and cousin, Daniel Freeland.

Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery on Oneida St., with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
