Mr. Salvatore V. Sclafani, at age 71,departed this life on Thursday June 8,2017   at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center with those he loved by his side.

He was born in Manhattan, NY the son of the late Gasper and Christina Ambrosani Sclafani. He was educated in local schools in New York and resided in Queens. Mr. Sclafani worked as a teller at Chase Manhattan Banks for 44 years.

Services will be on Monday June 12,2017 at Commack Abbey Inc. A Home for funerals where a memorial service will commence at 10:45 a.m. Friends and family will visit prior from 9:45a.m. -10:45 a.m. Interment will be held in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale Village, New York.
