He was born in Syracuse ,NY the son of Karlso Anthony Francis and Ethel May Buck Morrelli and received his education in Syracuse schools.
He is survived by his brother Charles Morrelli.
Graveside services will be held at 1130a.m. Friday October 27,2017 at Loomis Hill Cemetery Syracuse,NY.
