Mr. Richard V. Dick Clark, 84, of Vernon, NY entered into rest Sunday October 24,2010 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Richard was born in Oneonta ,NY the son of the late Marvin and Luella Fluke Clark. He was educated locally and enlisted in the United States Army in 1944 and served our country faithfully during WWII. Mr. Clark was a salesman for many years handling Agricultural products and was last employed with Penny Nutrition. He is survived by his wife Shirley, of Vernon, Ny; one son Richard Clark, Whitesboro, NY; one daughter Janice Clarke, Dumfries,Va; one brother Marvin Clark, San Antonio, Fl; one sister Joyce Goss, Goshen,NY. also surviving are 4 grandchildren. His step children ; Scot Osborne, N.C.; Valerie Valentine, Sherburne, NY; Laurie Cesario, and Erin Osborne, both of Canastota,NY. He was pre-deceased by his stepdaughter Deidre Waters who died in 2002. At the request of Dick there will be no calling hours or service. Arrangements under the guidance of John L.
