Patricia Marie Klein, 76, of Utica, NY entered into eternal rest on April 18th, 2025. Patricia was born on December 9th, 1948 to the late Pasquale and Anna Marie Fiorile. Patricia was blessed by a wonderful family, many friendships and a long successful career. She retired from St. Elizabeth's Medical Center after nearly 50 years of service. After her retirement she devoted herself to her favorite things, her grandsons. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Carrie Ann (Phil Mattiaccio) Klein, beloved grandsons Phillip Jr and Liam; husband Gene Klein; siblings; Anna Maria Cortese, Vincent Fiorile and Joseph (Sandra) Fiorile. Special nieces Jeanine (Adam) Stevens and Gina (Isaac) Desranleau, Nephew Joseph (Faith) Fiorile, Many cousins and special friends including Joan, Florence and Lou who held a special place in her heart.
