Nancy Ann Lucia, 76, of New Hartford, NY, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026.Nancy was born on July 13, 1950, in Utica, NY, the daughter of the late Gerald and Edna Lucia. She devoted more than twenty years to a career in banking, where she was known for her dedication, her reliability, and the care she showed the people she worked with and served. Outside of work, Nancy's favorite pastime was feeding the people she loved. Her kitchen was always busy, and no one left her home hungry, whether it was a holiday meal, a batch of her baked goods, or a plate she insisted you take home. For Nancy, cooking and baking were how she showed her love.Above all, Nancy's greatest joy was her family. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Nicole Maneen, and son-in-law, Scott Maneen; her son, Anthony Picente II; her granddaughter, Victoria Bowen, and Victoria's husband, Derek Bowen; her brothers, Ralph and Richard Lucia; and her sisters, Debra and Sylvia Lucia. She also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews, with a special mention of her niece, Renee Hobbs. Nancy held a special place in her heart for Nicole's sister-in-law, Kim Maneen; Kim's daughters, Cassidy Marroccolo and Lynsie Wiegand; and Lynsie's two daughters, Nella and Freya.In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by her sister, Geraldine Lucia.The family gathered to honor her life at a private time.
