Michael A. Jacobs, Jr., 77, of Schuyler, NY departed this life on Friday May 2,2025 at Wynn Hospital with his loved ones by his side.

Mike was born in Utica, NY and was the son of the late Michael and Nellie Ayoub Jacobs and was a graduate of TR Proctor High School. After graduation he enlisted in the US Army Reserves. On September 19,1970 Loraine Cucchiara and Michael Jacobs were united in marriage and they shared that commitment for 55 years.

Mike was well known automotive mechanic throughout the area and was last employed with Boats Unlimited. He enjoyed and was active in auto racing and car shows through out the area.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Loraine, his sons; Michael Jacobs,III, Aaron M. Jacobs and his wife Amy; Nathan M.  Jacobs; beloved granddaughters Alexis Jacobs and Amber Jacobs.

His brothers Fred Jacobs ,  Neil Jacobs and his wife Diane; Dennis Jacobs and his wife Phyllis;  Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.  A special friend Joe Massa.

Mike's family honored him at a private time. There will be a Celebration of his life on Sunday June 8, 2025 from 1- 4 p.m. at Schuyler VFW Post 8728 240 Woodlane Utica,NY 13502.  Special thank you to the staff of the Wynn Hospital and  to  all the members  of our family for their love  and support.
