Mary Cardillo, 72, of Utica, NY departed this life on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 with her loved ones by her side, in the comfort of her home.

She was born in Rome, NY the daughter of the late Thomas  S. (Rose Mary Schipano) Cardillo  and was educated in Utica schools. She was a graduate of Proctor High School. She attended Nursing School locally and was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She   was lastly employed with DDSO of the State of New York.

She was a loyal loving mother, to her own children, as well as her nieces and nephews.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Ann Marie Colp and her husband Bill; and her three grandchildren; Gianna Spina Lee,  Avanna Spina Lee, Indigo Colp.

Her siblings; Thomas Cardillo and his wife Maryann; Rose DeSantis, and her husband Michael, her twin sister Antoinette Cardillo predeceased her.

Special nieces and nephews ; Rita Abraham , Douglas Abraham, Gene Kubiak, great niece and nephew  Katasha  Kubiak and Gene  Anthony Kubiak.

Arrangements are under the guidance of the John L Matt Funeral Home, Chadwicks, NY. There are no calling hours as per her wishes.

Mary's Celebration of life will be held at 12 Noon  on Thursday December 5, 2024 at St. Anthony- St. Agnes Church, 422 Tilden Ave. Utica, NY, where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by the Rev.
