Mr. Louis Rising, 85, of Utica and formerly a resident of Syracuse, NY, departed this life on Sunday August 27,2017.

He was born in Central New York where he received his education. He located to Syracuse where he spent the majority of his life, until becoming a resident of Focus Rehab and Nursing Center of Utica.

A humble and quiet man he will be sadly missed, by his extended friends at the center.

Graveside services will be held at Crown Hill Memorial Park Chapel on Thursday August 31,2017 at 11:30 a.m.
