Mr. Louis P. Migliaccio, 70, of Marcy, NY departed this life with his loved ones by his side on Wednesday, August 30,2017 in the comfort of his home.

Louis was born in Utica, NY the son of the late Louis and Faye DeCarlo Migliaccio,and attended local schools. He was a Vietnam veteran and served from 1967-1972.

Louie was a gifted auto mechanic and avid hunter and fisherman.

He will be sadly missed, by his two daughters and son- in- law, Kathy and Walter McRae of Taberg ; and Renee Migliaccio and Mike Martin of Remsen; his grandson, Walter Mc Rae; granddaughter, Amanda Martin, his best friend and companion Barbara Orellana,of Marcy; his two brothers, Mark Migliaccio, Calif , and Pat Migliaccio and his wife Eleanor, TN. His extended family Rick and Chris Orellana and Children. Also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Richard "Rick" Migliaccio in 2015.

A celebration of Louie's life will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery Chapel on   Friday at 11:30 a.m. September 8, 2017 with the Rev. Paul Drobin officiating, with  military honors conferred. Inurnment will take place at the convenience of the family.
