Joseph M. Hoffman at age 62, departed this life peacefully on Friday Nov.29,2019, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center Utica, NY.

He was born in Mineola, NY the son of the late Joseph and Mary Fitzpatrick Hoffman, and attended schools there. He was truck driver for many years.

He is survived by his sister; Gail Walters and  her husband Richard; two brothers; Michael Hoffman and his wife Wendy;  Thomas Hoffman. His sister in law law Carla Hoffman. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by bothers Kenneth Hoffman and Daniel Hoffman his sister Judy Mastermaker ;his in laws ; Christine Hoffman,Joseph Mastermaker and Teresa .

As per Joseph's wishes there will be no calling hours. The family honored him at private time.
