Joseph P. Falvey, 67, of New Hartford, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 29, 2021, at home with his daughters at his side.  He was born on May 9 ^th , 1954, in Utica, NY.  On July 11, 1981, Joe and Kathy Falvey were joined in marriage. Joe and Kathy were blessed with 40 years of marriage, which displayed true love and commitment. A devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Joe was predeceased by his beloved wife, Kathy A. Falvey, his parents Sara & Edward Falvey; His mother and father-in-law, Ralph & Maxine Hunter. Joseph is survived by his daughters Jennifer Ross, her spouse Greyson Ross, Sara Falvey and Emily Falvey; his sister Ann Falvey, his brothers Edward Falvey; Mark & Charmaine Falvey.  Many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Joe graduated from Chadwick's High School in 1972.  He then proudly served in the United States Army where he received his education as a X-Ray technician.  He began his career at Mount Sinai in Cleveland Ohio where he met his beloved wife Kathy where she worked as an RN.  They returned to Utica New York where he worked as a Practice Manager for Radiology Associates of New Hartford for over twenty years.  Joe had a love for cooking, music, and gathering with friends and family.  His sense of humor and ability to make people laugh were unrivaled.  Joe's great strength in his catholic faith led him to participate in Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration at St. Joseph and St. Patrick's for twelve years.  He will be dearly missed by many friends and family.

The family invites you to Joseph's funeral mass. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4th at 1:00 PM at St. John the Evangelist, 66 Oxford Rd, New Hartford, NY. There are no public calling hours. Family will receive condolences after Mass.
