Mr. John E. Hickey J r. (Johnny 3), 34 of Utica died Friday June 16,2006 as result of a motor cycle accident. He was born in New Hartford, N.Y. the son of Grace Laura and the late John E. Hickey Sr. John was a Graduate of Frankfort Schuyler schools . He attended H.C.C.C. where he majored and graduated in the 2-year program in Radio and Television Communications. John was last employed as a machinist at Remington Arms before moving to Arizona. He married Michelle Cookinham and from that union he is survived by His beloved Sons, Stone Hickey and Daniel Matys. His Step - Mother; Mrs. Linda Hickey Ilion, NY; and 1 Step-Sister Johanna Barbero and Her Husband Salvatore, Utica ; 1 step Brother Michael Emerich. His Very Special Aunt Rose Ann Hickey Sarancac Lake, NY; Aunt Genny McLaughlin, Hannawa Falls, NY ; His God Mother and Aunt Mary Ann Thornton and her husband Allen; His God Father Andy Zaffarano and His wife Lydia of Frankfort, NY . Also surviving are Special Friends Mike and Rox Cirasuolo; Pat and Jackie; Bill and Tina; Heather and Lauren and Tami. A Memorial Service and Celebration of John's Life will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery Chapel, 2201 Oneida St. Utica, NY on Thursday June 22,2006 at 4:15 P.M.
