Mr. Jeffrey A. Kapalka, 57, of Utica, NY entered into rest on Thursday, August 04, 2011. He was born in Utica, the son of the late Sigmund and Mary Zawalski Kapalka and was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and and received a bachelor degree from Utica College. For many years Jeffrey was a well known columnist for comics and video reviews with the Post Standard in Syracuse, NY. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Cathy and Dennis Cain; and nieces, Rebecca and Rachal Cain, all of Rochester, NY. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
