Jane H. Smith, 91, of Clayville, NY departed this life Sunday January 25,2015 . She was born in Utica, NY the daughter of the late William and Hazel Talbot Shackleton. She was educated locally and married Harold John Smith until his passing on September 23,2007. Mrs Smith was an assembler GE Bleecker St. in Utica prior to her retirement. She is survived by her son Richard (Dick) Smith and his special friend Marcia Knopka, of Sauquoit, NY ; her two grandchildren Kimberly Brown ,N.C. and Graham Smith, FL.. Also surviving are her great-grandchildren Kenny and Megan Brown. Jane's family honored her at a private family gathering. Burial will be in the spring at Sauquoit Valley Cemetery.
