James Dennis Barlow, 77, of Utica, NY died  Wednesday January 19, 2022 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.

He was born in Boston Mass, the son of  the late Milton and Helen Tailon Barlow and was educated there. He was once employed with the City of Cambridge, Mass, as a construction painter. After his retirement he moved to the Utica area  and resided here for many years.

He is survived by two sons; James Barlow and Dale Barlow. Also surviving are seven grandchildren.
