Torres Arroyo, who peacefully departed this life on October 8, 2026, at Wynn Hospital in Utica, NY, at the age of 57. For years, Gilbert fought a difficult battle against various illnesses. Far from letting adversity defeat him, he faced each day with admirable courage, unwavering faith, and a smile that brightened the lives of those around him. His strength in the face of pain and his love for life leave us with an enduring lesson in courage and dignity. He was born on December 10, 1968, in San Germán, Puerto Rico. His life was guided by love for his family. His legacy of love, good humor, and resilience will remain forever in the hearts of those who had the honor of knowing him.
