Mr. Frank Briggs, 70, of 1117 Park Ave Utica, NY entered into rest on Tuesday July 26, 2011. He was a family member of Hope House and participated with all there activities. Frank's celebration of life will be 10:30 a.m. Friday August 5, 2011 at Hope House 130 Eagle St., where Rev. Joseph Salerno will officiate. Arrangements under the guidance of John L.
