Flavia Ann (Socciarelli) Lincoln, 91, of New Hartford, our loving and devoted mother, died peacefully on June 09, 2025 at MVHS/Wynn Hospital.
Flavia, known as "Sis" to many close to her, is a caring daughter, a loyal sister, a dependable and supportive wife, a loving mother, and a kind, dedicated friend. She poured her heart and soul into her children, always prioritizing their wellbeing and happiness above all else. She is revered and adored, known as Nana, Mimi, and Grandma to her ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Her memory will always be cherished by those who loved and knew her.
Flavia was born August 05, 1933 in Little Falls, NY. The daughter of Peter N. And Edith R.(Urich) Socciarelli. She graduated from Little Falls High School and married Earl G. Lincoln of Saratoga Springs, NY in 1953 in Little Falls.
Flavia was a stay at home mom for years, raising her children, and retired after working at the New Hartford Central School in the cafeteria.
Flavia is survived by her five children; Cathy Johnson, Todd/Marcia Lincoln, Peter Lincoln, Jill/Stephen Lenard, and Lori Karwowski (the favorite); grandchildren: Nicole/Stephen Hopkins, Morgan/Drew Mackay, James/Tana Lincoln, Anne/Daniel Iacopucci, Brett (Megan) Lincoln, Stephen/Kelly Lenard, Katlyn/Scott Shannon, Kameron Karwowski, John Karwowski, and Connor Karwowski; and those fifteen beautiful great-grandchildren, and counting!!!
Extended family: Barbara/BJ Martin and family, Cherry Socciarelli and girls, Sandy/Ed Lederer, Bobby/Donna Daniels, Jim/Carmen Daniels, Art and Bobby Wafer and families;
Lucille (her best friend)/David Joswick and family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Lincoln; her parents, Peter/Edith Socciarelli; brother, Ronald Socciarelli; cousins, Dorthy/Robert Daniels; Arthur/Mary Wafer; in-laws, Abner/Ruth Lincoln; sister-in-laws, Ruth Ann Abdella, Linda/Jim Weston; nephew, Brian Martin.
The family wishes to thank the staff at MVHS/Wynn Hospital for all of the care and respect given our mother.
