Eva Wakefield's Obituary
Eva Wakefield,79,of Focus Rehabilation and Nursing Center, departed this life on Wednesday December 14,2016.
She was native of Rome,NY where she received her education.
She has been resident of Focus for many years, where she remained surrounded by her care givers in her last days.
Services will be held Monday at 10 am on December 19,2016 at Forest Hill Chapel,Utica,NY. Interment will follow after the service.
