Dennis Ray Briscoe ,60, of Utica,NY departed this life on October 4, 2022 at st. Elizabeth's Medical Center. He was born in Spokane ,WA the son of the late Jake and Pearl Hibbs Briscoe. He was educated there and at one time resided in Mississippi. For the last few years he lived and worked in Utica with CABVI. There are no services or calling hours.
