Deanna M. Cadwell, 83 of Waterville, NY, departed this life on March 3, 2026.

Deanna was born in Idaho the daughter of Fern Steele Goosey and William T. Goosey.

She graduated from the West Winfield Central School and married her sweetheart, Douglas, who she met in the sixth grade. Their marriage lasted 60 years, until his passing. She worked many years and retired from Covidien.

She enjoyed spending her time with her family. She also enjoyed reading, sewing and baking her specialty molasses cookies and banana bread.

Deanna is survived one son, Robert Eugene Cadwell, two daughters, Vicky Williams and Rebecca (Robert) Lewis. Also surviving are her grandchildren Joshua Aylesworth (Daniele) and son Jack Vroman, Bobby Lewis (Katrina) , Sheena Reid (Andrew Mackey), Jeremey (Jennifer) Cadwell, Lacey (Chad) Stefanovich, John Douglas Reid and Allie Laymon, Richelle Reid. Great grandchildren, Ashton Reid, Lailia Talarico, Antoni Talarico, Alxzandar Reid, Audyn, Kendall Jarimyah Thompson, Braydn Mackey. Riley, Laneyand Jeremey Cadwell, Greyson, Grandon and Grant Stefanovich, Maylee and Madalyn Reid and Wyatt, Brylynn and Richard Donnelly, Zander & Emma Lewis. Great great grandchildren Nora and Jaxon Reid.

Also surviving is her sister Pamela McConnell, stepmother Audrey Goosey and one brother and sister in law, William T Goosey Jr. and Diane. Brothers in law and Bruce Cadwell and his wife Bernice; Curt Cadwell and his wife Marcia, Dennis Cadwell and his wife Karen, sister in law Kim Craig and her husband Terry and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Fern and William, step father Ken Phillips, sister Terri Schrader, mother in law Betty W. Cadwell, sister in law Anita Gremillion, son in law Don Williams and her granddaughter,Meaghen Cadwell.

Deanna family gathered to honor her life at the time of her death.In keeping with her wishes there will be no services. A private burial will be in the spring where  she will be laid to rest next to her husband at Unadilla Forks Cemetery.
