David Edward Gibbons, 58, of Marcy, NY passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday July 8,2026 in the comfort of his home.

He was born in Utica, NY on March 19,1968 the son of Evelyn and the late Edward Gibbons who predeceased him in August of 2018.

David was a graduate of Clinton Schools in 1986. He was a well-known electrician and handy man for many residents in the area and will be sadly missed.

He is survived by his mother Evelyn Bliss and his brother Jeffrey Gibbons, both of Clark Mills, NY.

He was preceded in death by his loving companion of 20 years who he missed dearly, Maria Valentin in January 2022.

David is now in heaven now reuniting with all his canine companions whom he loved very much.
