Mr. David A. Crescenzo, 65,  of  the town of Russia and formerly Chadwicks, NY  departed this life on Tuesday at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center with his loved ones by his side.

He was born in Utica, NY the son of the late Marlene Bauer and Dominick Crescenzo and was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Sauquoit Central schools.

He worked at Barrett paving for many years and True Value Hardware store  of Clinton for many years and was jack of all trades. He was once married to Deborah Jones and from that marriage they have their daughter  Jennifer.

David was an amazing Chef and carried on the Italian traditions from his grandparents, he was an avid woodsmen and enjoyed camping and built his own house and enjoyed working his land and having festivities at his home  in  Remsen.,NY . His last party gathering was to celebrate and honor his father 90th birthday.

Dave would be remembered as a great practical joker and was kind and compassionate to all and will be sadly missed.

He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Crescenzo and her children Anthony and Giovanni ;  His father Dominick Crescenzo, Chadwicks's NY ; Timothy Crescenzo, and Douglas Crescenzo, Kimberly Farrell and her husband Bill. His  special friends Karen Lopez and Patty Hopson, Christopher Roberts and Bob Sanderson. He was predeceased by his mother Marlene Crescenzo and brother  Dennis Crescenzo and his Uncle Brian Bauer.
