Craig Griffith, of Waterville, died suddenly on January 1st while celebrating New Year's with close friends. He was 49.

Craig attended Delhi College, where he met his wife, Susan Hanna. They had two beloved children, Lyssa Marie and Craig John, who currently reside on Long Island.

Craig's longest employment was with Miller Environmental, of Long Island, where he did water testing. He also spent many months with that same company removing debris in the massive clean-up effort at the Twin Towers after 9/11. Later on, Craig served as a house captain at Seafield Rehabilitation Center in Riverhead, NY.

Besides his wife and two children, Craig is survived by his father and stepmother, Robert and Kathleen Griffith of Sauquoit, his brother, Robert, of MA, stepparents Richard and Millie Lawler, stepsister Renee Carbury, numerous cousins, and dear friends Kelly McGuire & Roger Lopesz, Gina & Mike Finnefrock, and Martin Callahan.

Craig will be buried with his beloved mother, Jacqueline Wolber-Lawler, at St. Agnes Cemetery. He will be missed.
