Carol L. Furmanski, 69, of New Hartford, NY, departed this life on Sunday December 8, 2024, at Wynn Hospital with her loved ones by her side.

Carol was born in Utica, NY the daughter of the late Walter and Stella Partyka Furmanski. Carol attended New Hartford Central Schools and later went to Oswego State University and received her Master's teaching degree in science .

Carol was a science teacher at Whitesboro Central Schools   for over forty years.  She was true animal lover and helped everybody whatever he or she needed at anytime.

She will be sadly missed by her devoted cousins; Virginia DeHayes and  her husband Michael, Marcia  Danella and her husband Dennis; Thomas  Romanowski and his wife Anna; and many more cousins and dear friends.

Carol's celebration of life will be held on Friday December 13,2024 at 10 a.m. at St John the Evangelist Church, 66 Oxford Rd. New Hartford , NY  where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Monsignor James Lang, There are no calling hours. Family will greet guests after the mass.

Inurnment will be held in the spring at the family plot at St. Stanislaus B M and St. Casimir Cemetery, Whitesboro,NY.
