Carlos Adrian Ortiz Martinez,20, formerly of 509 Hubbell St died June 24,2006 as a result of Gunshot wound in Syracuse, N.Y. He was Born in Puerto Rico in 1986 and came to the Utica area at age 7 attended schools and was last employed at a local meat packing facility. He is survived by his foster mother Elda Medina His Foster Siblings Pablo Agosto;Jose Medina; Jose and Hector Robles; Klay and Yuisa Carrasquillo; Kevin and Sylvia and Nannette Perez all of Utica. Carlo's Celebration of Life will be held Monday July 17 at 9:30 a.m. at Historic Old St John 's Church , 500 John St. Utica where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated .
