Mr. Bruce E. Payne, 55, of Syracuse, NY, departed this life on April 27, 2013, at his residence. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of Clarence Yarbough and the late Audrey Ann Payne. He was educated in Pittsburgh schools. Bruce resided in the Syracuse area for many years. He is survived by his father, a brother and a special uncle, Richard Payne, all of Pittsburg, PA.
