Brooks Anthony Lushia, 82, of Utica departed this life, Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Focus Rehab and Nursing Center. Brooks was born in Chazy, NY, the son of the late Charles and Edith Baker Lushia. He attended local schools and was in the US Army from 1953-1955, He retired as a truck driver and resided in Utica, NY. Brooks leaves his family of Enriched housing and the folks at Focus Rehab & Nursing Center. Many thanks to the care givers and nurses for the extended care offered to Brooks.
