Anthony J. Picente, 78, of Utica, NY, departed this life on Monday March 6, 2023 with his loving sister by his side.

Anthony was born in Utica, the son of the late John and Julia Di Brango Picente and was educated in local schools.

Anthony was a self-employed truck driver for many years and transported for Hood and Utica Veal.

Anthony  is survived by his three daughters, Renee Picente, Kim Picente Garramone, Nicole Picente Maneen and his one son, Anthony Picente. Also surviving are his sister Josephine (Jojo) Donatello and her husband Stephen, his beloved grandchildren Robert Garramone, Nicholas and Tinnielle Garramone, Tyrene Watson and Tyrell Watson, great grandchildren, Olivia Garramone, Karmela Garramone and Joseph Garramone, a special niece Julie LaBella and nephew Allan Villeneuve and sister-in-laws, Norma Picente and Jennie Picente.  He also leaves two special friends Dawn Rosado and Kathy Szkotak and many other nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his sister, Rose LaBella and three brothers, Frank, George and John Picente.

Services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. March 18, 2023 at St. Mary of Mt Carmel/ Blessed Sacrament Parish, where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by the Rev. James Cesta.
