He was born in Bayamon ,Puerto Rico the son of Luis Claudio Casiano and the late Jenny Estrada Rivera. The family gathered privately at the John L Matt Funeral Home to honor his life .
Inurnment will be in Puerto Rico at the Convenience of the family. Arrangements by John L Matt Funeral Home, Chadwicks,NY.
