Anne  C. Balio, affectionately known as Nana, passed away peacefully Monday evening Oct. 21,2024. She was surrounded by her children; Joan Uhlig, Karen Clement, Anthony Balio and John Balio.  She was  preceded by her loving husband, the Honorable John P Balio, along with her sisters and brothers.

She was best known for her huge heart, welcoming smile, and joyous attitude (especially when playing cards and games with her friends, children, and grandchildren). She loved being an RN and used her training to care for many friends and family long after she left Faxton hospital.

A private, graveside service will be held for immediate family. A celebration of her life will be held on  Saturday December 7, 2024 at Cavallo's Restaurant from 2 p.m.- 4p.m.

All that she and her family wish for are your prayers and to continue to spread her memories and love.
