Alison K. Mineo, 65, of Clayville, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 29, 2023
in the comfort of her home with her loving family by her side.

Alison was born on May 20, 1958 in West Palm Beach, FL. to  Frank and Jeanne Gleason Buhl.

Shortly after, her family relocated to Cortland, NY where she grew up.

She graduated from Cortland High School and went on to earn her degree from Katharine Gibbs College in Boston, MA.

Alison leaves behind her lifelong sweetheart and husband of 45 years, Pete. Their son Pete "Min"
(and wife Deidre "Dedge") of Port Crane, NY, their daughter Laine (and her children Anthony and Cassius)
of Chadwicks, NY, their three loving kitties Arlo, Annie and Scoot and her grand puppy, Sophie Mae.

Some of Alison's greatest memories include countless visits with her kids, which always made her day. Trips
to Cape May and the peacefulness it brought as well as the Grand Canyon which left her in awe of the
natural beauty that surrounded her.

Alison also enjoyed antiquing, listening to music and gardening. She cherished and was blessed with many life-long friendships as well as the amazing ones she made along the way.

Anyone who knew Alison would agree selflessness came naturally to her. She lived her life always thinking
of others first. She knew no other way.

If she could leave one last piece of advice for anyone it would be to enjoy life's simple pleasures. Take a walk
down a quiet country road, look up at the sky on a clear night and make a wish on the first star you see. Stop and
pick some wildflowers on the side of the road. Get yourself a clothesline and enjoy seeing clean sheets blowing
in the breeze. Plant some seeds in the spring and see what you get in the summer, take random drives
and be sure to find some treasures along the way. Always remember to enjoy the simple things in life.

Per her wishes there will be no funeral arrangements or memorial services held.
Her family will continue to honor the life she lived and the amazing legacy she leaves behind.
